Some of us definitely have the hormonal imbalances or some medical issues that don’t let us shed our weight easily however the kind of food you intake goes a long way in keeping your health in check. For example craving for a chocolate always would mean your body has a magnesium deficiency or a craving for salty food means you are dehydrated. So always balance your food.
Be Sure to Get Sleep. The term “Beauty Sleep” is not just meant for females, it indicates that you need a good amount of sleep a minimum of seven hours for your body to function at its best. You need to make sure that you have undisturbed and relaxed sleep every day. This is something that celebrity nutritionists, Luke Coutinho and Rujuta Diwekar both recommend.
