The heart break, to her was a huge blow,

The love and happiness were blessings waiting to bestow,

She knew there was no way he would know,

She had loved him, cared for him and hoped for similar feelings to grow!!

He too swore that he loved and care for her fondly,

Little did she know that he was putting on a show.

His dreams were too many but his actions were too less..

He tried too hard but career was difficult to please and impress,

He now realized, she was his strength and his rock.

But they say, you reap as you sow!!

She had waited too long for the blessing to bestow.

One lifetime wasn’t enough to wait for the love to grow!!
