Luckily I have been blessed with a good skin.Thanks to the genes that got imbibed from the most beautiful woman,my mom.
She was always very particular about a good skin regime, a decently healthy diet some amount of exercise.
Over the years I somehow had excuses ready as to why I wouldn’t exercise regularly.The topmost reason being lack if time as I was busy coping up with other responsibilities of life.Off late we have all been real tied up with baby sister’s wedding shopping. Ah another reason to skip exercise.Nah I don’t think so, not this time.I started my daily walks.I started with walking for 20 mins i initially and gradually increased the time to 40mins.
My biggest motivator was the improvement I saw in my skin. We all are selfie addicts and love good pictures.So here I was looking at how awesome I looked in some pictures, all thanks to sticking to my routine of walking atleast 3 times a week.
There are other benefits too of getting an exercise routine. Some of them are listed below:
- It makes you feel happier – Well, all the perspiration you do when exercising is directly related to release of a hormone that’s related to being happy
- It helps you to loose weight– We all know that exercise helps you to loose weight but we dont know how? Exercise helps you burn the food faster by increasing your metabolic rate.It maintains your heartbeat and breathing this, complementing the functioning of your body
- Its good for muscle and bones – It has to be good as its putting your body in action.
- It increases your energy levels – It increases your energy levels and also reduces the risk of ailments.
Exercise has got multiple benefits that have been spoken too often about. In life we always like to experience things first hand, so you gotta start exercising to experience the goodness of it.
Be careful to not over do it when you begin.Always consult an expert for an opinion on what to do and what not to do!! There are tons of options to choose what you want to do.Do what pleases your mind, heart, body and soul!!
