I love the way he rises up to my arguments and has his own views on my ways of the world. I am also guilty of stooping down to a level that is sometimes lower than his age, just to vent out my irritation.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em><span style=\"font-weight:400\">It&#8217;s funny the way we mom are always expected to be super moms!! Remember what happened when superman was missing from the latest justice league series, the justice league was almost non functional!<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em><span style=\"font-weight:400\">So even though I know that my well organised routine and world would go for a toss for a day or two, I would still want to swap the below mentioned duties,<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em>Putting him to bed.<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em><span style=\"font-weight:400\">I am done nursing, so even though I cannot sleep without him snuggled into my neck. I would like if on a completely exhausted day, someone took over my baby\u2019s round of rapid fire questions.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em>Please, can someone else worry about his food??<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em><span style=\"font-weight:400\">We mothers are obsessed \u00a0with our children eating to our hearts\u2019 content instead to their stomach\u2019s content. Hence, until we haven\u2019t supervised their meals, we cannot enjoy our meals. You know what mommies, as per certain studies out children eat better when they eating their own or eat when they are hungry. \u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em>Sans the wardrobe choices.<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em><span style=\"font-weight:400\">We are expected \u00a0to look our best when attending a social function despite the fact that we just had 10 minutes to get ready. So next time let someone else tolerate their tantrums over dressing up and you can have a beauty bath and dress like a queen.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em>Let them be the black sheep.<\/em><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span><em><span><span style=\"color:#ff0000\">We all have been labelled as being too soft or too strict with our children. Our babies are always willing to switch sides of favoritism, as soon as we begin to discipline them. So let them do what they please and let them learn their own lessons. Let someone else be the, \u201cbad mamma, dirty mamma\u201d for our kids to label when said no!!<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em><span style=\"font-weight:400\">We are known to be paranoid and obsessed with our children. Even if someone wanted to swap responsibilities with us, we would scan that person&#8217;s \u00a0abilities faster than the x-Ray machine conducts scan. Mommies, you deserve a break, it\u2019s ok to let someone take over. After all it&#8217;s only for a day.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><em><span style=\"font-weight:400\">Did I say a day? Well I&#8217;m sure some mommies would have calculated the number of seconds they wouldn&#8217;t be doing anything with their kid.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400\">\ud83d\ude02\ud83d\ude02<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><span style=\"color:#ff0000\"><i>PS<\/i><\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight:400\"><span style=\"color:#ff0000\">: Did you realize\u00a0I didn&#8217;t \u00a0put down the 5<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400\"> duty anyway because anyone who takes care of all four mentioned above even for a day will happily let you take over at the end of the day.<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color:#000080\"><em><span style=\"font-weight:400\"><span style=\"color:#000080\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Then you can fulfill\u00a0your 5<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400\">th<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400\"> duty of loving them unconditionally!! \u2764<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love being a mommy despite the countless war sessions I have with my 4 year old.
