I definitely do have breakfast like a queen and on certain days I feel my appetite too behaves like a queen all through the day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I often like having wholesome meals for breakfast that keep me full while I am on the go! Foods like fruits, eggs, oatmeal, savory pancakes made out of different millet flours and I would put my hands together any day for  our typical desi breakfast of paranthas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is one such recipe that is definitely toddler friendly, cooks easily and is nutritious too.It infact helps you multitask too. How, well while they cook on the pan, I was simultaneously run other errands too! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Mix Flour Vegetable Crepes\/Pancakes ( Jowar (Sorghum Flour) and Soyabean Flour Cheela)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prep Time  15 minutes.                                       Cooking Time   10 minutes.                                Total Time  25 minutes      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will need <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>\u00bd Cup Sorghum or Jowar Flour<\/li><li>\u00bd Cup SoyBean or SoyaBean Flour<\/li><li>\u00bd Cup Finely Chopped Vegetables Such As Cabbage,\nCapsicum, Spring Onions.<\/li><li>2 Tbsp of grated carrot<\/li><li>2 Tbsp finely chopped coriander and mint leaves<\/li><li>2 Tbsp Curd\/Yoghurt.<\/li><li>A Pinch Of Cumin Seed Powder<\/li><li>1 tsp of Turmeric Powder<\/li><li>Chopped Green Chilli as per taster or Red Chilli\nPowder<\/li><li>Salt<\/li><li>Ghee, Butter or Oil for Cooking ( I prefer\nhomemade ghee)<\/li><li>Water to prepare a batter.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix all the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients together. Prepare a batter that is smooth and not very runny.Make sure there are no lumps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heat a pan to medium heat. Take a ladle full or a big spoon full of batter and spread it in a circular form on the pan.Cover and cook for about a minute. Now flip it over and let it cook on the other side. It should turn brownish on both sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can serve this with a coconut and coriander chutney or simply have it with spiced curd.
