Grilled Chicken is not just easy to make but it cooks quickly too. I love having this as a side dish with rice and some lentil curry or you could have it as a meal itself with stir fried veggies.The best part any leftovers can be shredded and turned into a sandwich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prep Time 15 minutes.                                    Cooking Time 20 minutes.                                   Total Time 35 minutes<br> <br> Ingredients<br> 8 to 10 pieces of sliced boneless chicken breasts.<br> Boiled veggies like corn, carrots, peas and french beans.<br> 1 tbsp. Butter to toss them into.<br> .<br> To marinate you will need<br> <br> 3 Tbsp. of lemon juice<br> 2 Tbsp. of black pepper<br> 2 Tbsp. of oregano<br> 1 Tbsp. of chili flakes<br> 1 Tsp of paprika or red chili powder<br> 1 Tbsp. of chaat masala<br> 1 Tbsp. of soy sauce<br> 2 Tbsp. of ginger garlic paste<br> Salt as per taste.<br> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix all the \ud83d\udc46 ingredients well. Now marinate the chicken with the above mix.\ud83c\udf57\ud83c\udf57<br> Cover and keep aside the chicken for 30 mins. In the meanwhile cut or chop the veggies into small chunks. Heat butter in a pan and toss the veggies in.Keep saut\u00e9ing till them turn tender, sprinkle some salt and pepper once they are done.<br> <br> Now heat some oil in a grill pan and place the chicken pieces. Let them cook well on both sides till it turns brownish and tender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the Mash Potatoes                                                                                                 4 to 5 Boiled and Mash Potatoes                                                                                            2 to 3 Tsp of fresh cream.                                                                                                    1 Tbsp. of grated cheese                                                                                                                   Salt and Pepper for Seasoning.                              <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mix all the above 3 ingredients well. Make sure the mixture is a not very dry, add a little more cream if you want. The mixture should be smooth, after you have mixed it well.
